Iceland is the kind of place that makes you want to quit your day job and become a geologist. The dichotomy of fire and ice ( it’s a cliché to say that but it’s true), manifested through the country’s 130 volcanoes, geothermal springs, glaciers and snowy landscapes, creates a stunning backdrop like no other. Budapest

Last October we spent four days in Budapest to take in the sites and relax in thermal baths after a stressful move to London. The sites, spas and wine were fantastic so if you’re heading out to Eastern Europe, here are my tips for a grand time in the city. Eating You have to book a table in Budapest. So I haven’t blogged in a really long time, and for many good reasons: I broke my camera I was busy doing my yoga teacher training I was busy at work and didn’t have the energy to keep trying new vegan recipes and writing about them etc. etc. But as I’m living in London now I thought I’d use this space to continue to share my travel, health and yoga tips through the lens of my shiny new London experiences.
