Portugal is, in my opinion, one of the most underrated holiday destinations in Europe. It has great food, weather, gorgeous natural beaches and lots of history. It’s also super easy to drive around as the highways are impeccable and it’s kid friendly. Plus – they have amazing wine and Port!
